I am writing to let you know how fortunate you are in having an awesome team member in Robert. I am in my mid 60’s and he is probably the very best customer service representative I have ever dealt with!
The first time I spoke to Robert was to obtain help and guidance on the correct temporary fence to purchase. He was very informative about the details of each product and patient, making sure I understood the benefits of each option. He guided me to the right product to fit my needs. The choice was perfect.
I am terrible with names, but I certainly remembered Robert’s! When I later needed additional help I asked for him. Our call was interrupted on my end by my work. Robert was kind enough to call back not once but twice! He again explained in detail the gate I would need and assisted in the purchase.
I can tell Robert is a very nice young man. He has a great personality and someone raised him very well! I would recommend him for CEO, but his personality and skill set is perfect for customer service and sales! Lol
Again you are fortunate to have an awesome young man at Zippity!
BTW - Duke thanks Robert also for keeping him safe and letting him roam!
