  • Assemble on a soft, non-abrasive surface to avoid scratching.
  • We recommend an area approximately 5' x 8' for unobstructed assembling.
  • Do not overtighten screws; some force may be required to drive screws.

Step 1

Step 1: Assemble on box or smooth surface to prevent scratching

Step 2

Step 2 - Push rail (part A) against wall and insert pickets

  • Push the bottom rail (A) flush against a wall. Place pickets (B) into the bottom rail one by one.

Step 3

Step 3 - align/insert Pickets (part B) into rail (part A)

Step 3.2 - Align pickets with top rail

  • Align the top rail (A) just beneath the tops of the pickets (B) and press down to seat pickets into the rail.

Step 4

Step 4 - Install screws (part D) into Rail (part A)

  • Secure pickets in place by driving ⅝" screws (D) into each rail end. Some force may be required — do not overtighten.

Step 5

Step 5 - Insert stakes (part C) through rails (part A)

  • Slide stakes (C) down through the stake channels between rail ends to connect panels together.

Step 6

Step 6 - Tap stakes (part C) with hammer and wood block

  • Place a scrap wood block over the top of each stake (C) and tap down with a hammer. Check for level every few taps. Stop when 1.5" of stake remains exposed above the rail if raising panels (see Step 7).

Step 7

Step 7 optional raise using ring stop and screws (F and E)

  • (Optional) Slide a stake ring stop (F) onto each stake (C) and secure with a 1¼" screw (E) to raise the panel off the ground. Do not overtighten.

Step 8

Step 8 optional raise panels for slope

  • (Optional – For Sloped Ground) To step panels on a slope, install the lower panel beneath the stake ring stop (F) of the adjacent panel.
